oh yes dear

now that i'm back, i feel really odd. like a gilded butterfly. i really dont know where to start to be honest, it's been a good trip, a relaxing break, but at the same time i'm really upbeat. hahhaha nonsensical eh?

london was really a joy, like non stop action. like walking along oxford street, regent street, carnaby street and covent garden. these are some shopping spots btw. really good. oh and shopping there is soooooo much better than our motherland, just because. not forgetting the usual sight seeing spots and all. and how could we really forget paris, the city of romance. honestly, i thought that it was overrated but after seeing how picturesque the city was, it's hard not to be converted. ahhh. tres bien!

photos and all are still being consolidated with the tang family, LOADS of them definitely. i really mean alot. HA. tata for now.

Day one

Day one: it was like a gig, just so happening really. The trains are surprisingly comfortable, a tinge of familarity? I think the whole english architecture is pretty solid, like their residential areas are pretty neat (in whatever ways you can relate to).

With the likes of public bus no. 11, Westminister Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Pret A Manger sandwiches, Liverpool Street, Tower Castle, Tower Bridge/new London Bridge (lol), Knightsbridge, HARRODS and fish n chips at a pub in Gloucester (good beer), I'd say that it's a pretty good day spent. Really looking forward to H&M, Oxford Street, Bond Street and what have you. I mean it's the whole shopping season right? Fine at least for me.

In case you're wondering how I got this up, well I'd like to thank apple for my iPhone that's for one. And the other for the wireless network I've managed to tap on. You won't believe what's the network name, " SingaporeVIP". Epic man. And wait till you hear the password. LOL.

Good night and sleep tight.

Here we go now

All I can do is to just sit and give what I can. for now. Hang in there(:

Anyway it's freaking 6 and I've not slept a wink. Mum's still up though but all luggages have been packed and we are all set for SQ318! I just love how the egggcitement just cresendos into this huge ball of emotions. So powerful. Like the power rangers. MEGAZORDSS. oh what ever.

Like I said, is it possible to be so tired that you aren't anymore? And apparently I'm starving? At 6??? Watch it. Pedamundo

Vroom vroom

Another thing on track, driving!! Woo thank goodness. Four more lessons and I'm through to take my practical test, AND yesterday's ftt was.....lucky? But still, over and done with.

Projects are a chore at the moment, gotta settle them all by tmrw latest?! Arghhhhhh. But still worth it. Pret a manger!!!!! Sweet.

Occasionally we change upon certain moments when we are left feeling terribly confused. But what exactly can we learn? and how much? you tell me (: patience is certainly a freaking virtue (i hope).

oh, i realised that i've been using "but still" excessively. retard. ed.

Alas!

Finally the trip looks so much more solid! Hotels and eurostar booked! Now what's left is the much anticiated itinerary!! Bigben, buckingham palace, thorpe park? Oxford street! Camden Market!! Omgg. Oh well. Better stop here, lest I be compared to a certain someone. Hahaha!

Cool stuff. Found a cool app that allows me to blog on the go! Haha. Now scandalous news and gossips can be posted in real time!! Hmmm. This is so brain-less of me.

life and death

the past week has been a series of ups and downs in general. Pre-u sem was a blast!! i mean like we all said, it's probably the most impactful camp we've been to. i never remembered OBS, sec 3 camp, and all the other leadership camps to be like pre-u sem is, seriously. the whole programme was also engaging. and though most PDs were boring, Prof Mahbubani's one was interesting ttm! seriously, he and the other two gave very insightful comments and advice. not forgetting sentosa, HIGHLIGHT!! wahahha. siamese soccer, geocaching, RAFTBUILDING WTF!!!! photos are all up on mathew's, fung mei's brenda's and navina's facebook! jonathan leong, navina, ana, yvonne, mathew, brenda, fazillah, benjamin, jonathan lao gong, fung mei, mei xuan, lihui, mila, norman, tim, glendon, jing yong, yiting, charles and gillian! you guys were and ARE amazing! omg, YEH-RI FTW. LOL. okay fine.

so the next one is very depressing, the passing of my dearest grand father, Toh Kuah. considering he stayed with us for so many years, and i'm doing this in his ex-room, it's vveryy, dejecting to say the least. but we all think he went and left satisfied, and if that's so, we all happy for you ah gong. i'm trying to work on something for him, so i'll get it out asap. we all miss you AH GONG!

life is full of surprises as i said, didnt i?
